CAP INGELEC, a general contractor for major industrial building projects in Milan, seeks an Electrical Construction Engineer to join the on-site team. You will coordinate and manage electrical LV/MV construction activities from prep to handover, ensuring compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE commitments.

With an Electrical Engineering degree and at least 8 years’ experience on industrial sites, you will demonstrate leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

• Electrical Engineering degree required.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking an Electrical Construction Engineer in Milan.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects, for Electrical (LV/MV) discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

Responsibilities

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising subcontractors,
• Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile

With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
