Job summary

Four Seasons Naples is seeking an on-call Kids Club team member to provide a fun, safe and engaging environment for children aged five to twelve. You will organize activities, monitor safety, and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include leading daily activities, assisting instructors, maintaining records, and collaborating with a hospitality team within Four Seasons standards. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 6 months of experience working with children in this age group preferred.

About the role

Join our Kids Club team as an on-call team member!

Provide fun, safe and interesting, environment for Guests five to twelve years old while complying with all four Seasons Standards and policies . Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

What you will do

• Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (including: swimming, outdoor games and activities, arts and crafts) based on ages and skill level of children ensuring safety of children
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and -Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Answer questions about Naples
• Play a variety of sports and recreational activities
• Retain accurate records: children in attendance, safety waivers, children's birthdays and cards
• Assist Instructors in room set up and break down

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard current
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• 6 months of experience working with children in this age group preferred
