Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Technical Sales Senior Analyst to join our Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy team. You will deliver expert technical support to customers and Sales teams for IT Systems products, drive pre-sales guidance, and coordinate with Application Engineering to ensure tailored solutions for complex multi-Lob projects worldwide.

You will build relationships, attend customer meetings as a technical expert, and develop compelling product presentations while training sales teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering provides the foundation for success in this role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with IT SYSTEMS products, installation, and Datacenter environments is expected.
• Experience with Thermal and Power systems is highly valued and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships between Sales teams and Line of Business across EMEA and worldwide.
• Attend customer meetings as a technical expert with Sales managers and provide insights.
• Create engaging product and application presentations for customers and consultants.
• Deliver technical training for sales teams and customers to empower them with knowledge.
• Organize events and webcasts to showcase Vertiv products and technologies.
