Vertiv seeks an Electrical Expert Technical Sales in Piove di Sacco, Italy to provide electrical design input and presales support for the Thermal Management portfolio. You will engage with customers and consultants, influence electrical design, and coordinate with R&D and Solution Architect teams in Croatia to shape solutions.

The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, data center architectures, and international collaboration.

Competenze

Master degree in electrical engineering.
Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
Experience with load calculations, equipment sizing, short-circuit levels, and protection coordination.
Understanding of data center electrical architectures, redundancy concepts, reliability requirements.
Fluent in English and local language; additional European language desired.
CAD proficiency is an advantage.

Mansioni

Provide electrical technical support to Technical Sales/Application Engineer/Solution Architect during discussions with Customers and Consultants.
Review RFx and identify customer requirements, focusing on electrical aspects.
Discuss and drive customers and consultants on the best electrical design.
Coordinate with factory engineering for technical requests (mainly electrical).
Evaluate custom requests and propose complex options (Configure to Order).
Support sales with technical input for proposals, quotes and tenders.
Create product and application presentations for customers and consultants.
Provide trainings internally and externally.
