Vertiv in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team to design, develop, test and maintain electrical systems and components.

You will prepare technical specifications, perform calculations, review designs for safety and standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 1–2 years of experience are required; Siemens Xpedition EDM experience is a plus, along with strong analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, systems and components.

Mansioni

• Participate in design and development of electronic boards and electrical systems.
• Prepare technical specs, design documents, drawings and reports.
• Develop schematics and lay out PCBs using Siemens Xpedition EDM.
• Perform electrical calculations, simulations and analyses.
• Review designs for standards, safety and project requirements.
• Support testing, validation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
