Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site execution from mobilization to handover for complex energy and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate construction, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will collaborate with project teams, customers and suppliers to meet contractual commitments and drive successful project delivery across Europe, with strong English skills and willingness to travel domestically

Competenze

• Requires a degree or technical diploma in a relevant engineering/construction discipline.
• Significant site-based construction, installation, commissioning or project execution experience.
• Proven success leading complex industrial, infrastructure, energy or EPC projects.

Mansioni

• Lead site activities from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Foster a strong safety culture aligning with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan, organize and monitor site activities to meet schedules and milestones.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for customers, authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure works comply with specifications, quality requirements and contracts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Manage site logistics, materials and resources.
• Support cost control, change management and commercial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop site personnel for collaboration and improvement.
