Hitachi Energy in Europe (HBUEU) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive EPC projects in electrical systems. The role requires leading multi-site teams, defining plans, coordinating procurement, and ensuring safety and compliance across high-stakes environments.

You will manage resources, report progress to management, and travel internationally up to 25%. Fluent English and Italian are expected, with a strong background in T&D and power generation, and familiarity with Italian

Competenze

• Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with strong technical foundation.
• 5+ years in project management of medium-sized EPC projects, including on-site construction.
• Expertise in Electrical Systems (T&D, Power Generation) and familiarity with Italian utilities.
• Experience with FIDIC and Italian Public Contracts Code.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Manage project team, allocate tasks, and monitor resources to meet milestones.
• Define project plans with controls on scope, finances, schedule, and risk.
• Ensure adherence to execution best practices and company policies; report progress.
• Coordinate procurement with Supply Chain; secure services and materials from suppliers.
• Act as main customer contact and escalation point; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines; lead project closure.
