Hitachi Energy in Europe (HBUEU) seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee medium-size EPC projects, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, quality, and budget. You will lead project teams, define plans with controls, coordinate with Supply Chain, and act as customer contact while traveling up to 25% in a multinational environment.

The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years in project management, fluency in English and Italian, and readiness to work in a multinational

Competenze

• Engineering degree with strong technical foundation.
• 8+ years in project management of medium-size EPC projects, incl. on-site construction in multinational environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP and MS Project.

Mansioni

• Manage project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Define project plan documents: scope, budget, schedule and risk plans.
• Ensure execution follows policies; monitor progress and resource use.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services and materials.
• Serve as customer contact and escalation point for issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
