Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects in Europe, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on site in Milan.

You will coordinate construction, installation, testing and handover, manage subcontractors and stakeholders, and foster a strong safety culture while staying within budget.

Competenze

• Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Significant site-based construction, installation or commissioning experience.
• Experience leading complex industrial or EPC projects with subcontractors.

Mansioni

• Lead all site activities from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Create and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan, organize and monitor site activities to meet schedules.
• Act as primary contact on site for customers and authorities.
• Support cost control, change management and commercial performance.
• Develop and coach site personnel for collaboration and accountability.
