Hitachi Energy in Europe seeks a Project Manager to oversee the execution of medium-sized EPC projects, ensuring adherence to policies, safety standards, and contractual commitments. You will lead the project team, define plans, monitor progress, and drive efficient resource utilization.

The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years in project management, expertise in electrical systems, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with strong technical foundation.
• 8+ years of PM experience on medium-sized EPC projects including on-site construction.
• Expertise in Electrical Systems (T&D, Power Generation) and familiarity with major Italian utilities.
• Experience managing contracts under FIDIC and Italian Public Contracts Code across public/private sectors.
• Fluent in English and Italian; proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project.
• Willing to travel internationally (≈25%).

Mansioni

• Define project plan documents (scope, schedule, budget, risk).
• Lead the project team and allocate tasks to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, report to management, and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement of services and materials.
• Serve as main customer contact and escalation point.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment policies.
• Ensure contract and claims management per Hitachi Energy policies.
