Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site execution from mobilization to handover for complex energy and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate construction, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will collaborate with project teams, customers and suppliers to meet contractual commitments and drive successful project delivery across Europe, with strong English skills and willingness to travel domestically

Competenze

• Requires a degree or technical diploma in a relevant engineering/construction discipline.
• Significant site-based construction, installation, commissioning or project execution experience.
• Proven success leading complex industrial, infrastructure, energy or EPC projects.

• Lead site activities from mobilization through commissioning and handover.

As Site Manager, you will lead on-site execution from mobilization to handover for complex energy and infrastructure projects. You will act as Hitachi Energy’s senior on-site representative, coordinating construction, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You’ll collaborate with project teams, customers, and suppliers to meet contractual commitments and drive successful project delivery. The role offers impact across Europe, within a collaborative, growth-focused global organisation.

• Strong knowledge of construction, installation, testing and commissioning processes
• Understanding of project scheduling, risk management and cost control principles
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience in Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Data Centres, or related sectors (desirable)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
