Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to own and drive the Italian region strategy, revenue targets, and partner engagement in a fast-paced cybersecurity market.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Marketing, Product and Finance, build a high-performing sales force, expand market presence in the EMEA region, and manage key client relationships; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of the German market and cultures.
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent business English; native Italian.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Italian region.
• Identify market trends and set revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee sales operations from lead generation to closure.
