Job summary

Schneider Electric in Bologna, Italy is seeking an Outside Services Sales Representative responsible for developing relationships with customers that have a qualified installed base, and promoting a broad range of technical services for UPS and cooling equipment at the customer site.

You will initiate contact, build opportunities, educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, and ensure satisfaction through order, delivery and ongoing activity management.

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of solid technical sales experience.
• experience with ups, network architecture, data-center and cooling systems.
• account management skills and ability to build sustainable, reliable customer relationships.
• ability to leverage technology and influence decision makers.
• active listening, energetic, proactive, strong prospecting and networking skills.
• excellent verbal and written communication, including with c-level customers.
• proficiency in microsoft office suite and erp/crm tools.

Responsibilities

• initiate contact, develop relationships, discuss pain points and generate demand.
• create business opportunities and develop market networking activities to understand account needs.
• educate customers on all Schneider Electric products and services, with special attention to recurring and digital offers.
• ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing orders, delivery and ongoing activities.
• use bridgefrontoffice (salesforce) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via sales cockpit.
• provide monthly forecasts and summaries.
• participate in analysis and reporting on field service performance.
• supply precise information to the tender team for quotations and proposals.
• monitor margin to stay at or above country thresholds and use doa process for escalations.
• collaborate closely with inside service sales representatives and bu account managers.
• feed field services marketing leaders with offers feedback, customer needs and installed-base data.
• coordinate or attend trade shows and marketing-sales seminars as needed.
