Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an Outside Services Sales Representative to grow relationships with customers and promote a broad range of services for UPS and cooling equipment installed at customer sites. You will explain pricing and application advantages, nurture service plans, and drive digital service adoption.

You will use Salesforce and BridgeFrontOffice for funnel management, forecast reporting, and tender support, while collaborating with cross‑region teams.

Qualifications

• Solid technical sales experience (5+ years).
• Experience with uninterruptible power supply, data center and cooling systems is a plus.
• Strong account management skills and the ability to build durable customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Initiates contact, develops relationships, discusses pain points and generates demand.
• Educates customers on SE products and services, especially recurring and digital offers.
• Provides monthly forecasts and sales summaries.
• Coordinates with Tender team to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Monitors margin and works with regional teams to maximize opportunities.
• Works with Inside Service Sales Representatives and BU account managers to optimize opportunities.
