• Global Quotation & Front Office Support: Support SE Front Offices worldwide in preparing quotations for standard and customized Cooling Service opportunities.
• Scope of Work & Service Solution Definition: Translate customer and site requirements into clear service packages that can be quoted, sold and executed.
• Cooling Product Selection & Modernization Support: Identify and select relevant cooling product configurations for service quotations and modernization projects.
• Costing, Pricing & Quotation Tools: Use quotation tools and databases to build reliable cost and price estimates.
• Offer Development & Continuous Improvement: Capture recurring Front Office needs and improve standard Cooling Service offers and tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various Service teams and Front Office stakeholders.
