Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Consulting, or RGM.
• Proven ownership of pricing, promotion, or trade investment decisions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Market Competitiveness: Lead pricing index, elasticity analysis and identify pricing gaps, margin risks and revenue recovery opportunities with financial rigor.
• Promotion Strategy & Trade Investment Effectiveness: Translate global RGM principles into market level guidelines; govern promotion depth, frequency and mechanics; create channel-specific promotion frameworks.
• RGM Governance & Commercial Discipline: Own and embed price governance frameworks; define decision rights, guardrails, and escalation paths across markets.
• Price Selling & Commercial Influence: Develop value-based price selling stories for senior discussions using data insights.
• Performance Analytics & Closed-Loop Learning: Own post-promotion evaluation; analyze incrementality, uplift, and cannibalization to improve decisions.
• Trade Term Realization & Value Protection: Track actual vs. contracted terms; identify value leakage with Sales and Finance partners.
