Magnum Ice Cream Company in Rome is seeking a Net Revenue Management Lead to drive data-driven pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments across the Italian ice cream business.

You will lead a small NRM team, partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance, develop dashboards and KPI frameworks, and shape strategic plans to grow revenue and margin. Fluency in English is required with 10–12 years of FMCG experience and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities.

Formación

• 10–12 years of experience in Net Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Key Account Management or Business Analytics in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional project management abilities.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness and portfolio management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of Net Revenue Management strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment, pack-price architecture, and mix optimization.
• Inspire and coordinate a high-performing NRM team and develop professional growth.
• Define NRM roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
