• Own the customer plan process to enable precise forecasting and business planning for key accounts.
• Analyze customer sell-out data to generate insights and recommend actions that improve revenues and margin.
• Monitor and track salesforce target achievement.
• Communicate pricing and promotional updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
