Jd Ross Energy is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist / Legal Counsel for Milan, Italy, to negotiate and manage commercial contracts in renewable energy and storage projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region.

The role focuses on drafting, risk assessment, and leading negotiations with customers while ensuring governance and policy compliance. Fluency in Italian is required and collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Law or a related business discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience within renewable energy, energy storage, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract law and contract drafting.
• Experience within Contracts, Commercial, or Legal department.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal matters to non-legal audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Fluent Italian (C1 level).

Mansioni

• Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial contracts for renewable energy projects across Italy and EMEA.
• Support contract activities for Solar PV and Energy Storage business units.
• Review and prepare framework agreements, sales contracts, NDAs, and general terms & conditions.
• Identify contractual risks and propose practical commercial solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations with new and existing customers.
• Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for project teams.
• Support the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and business processes.
