Sungrow Europe in Milan is seeking a Legal and Contracts professional to negotiate and oversee commercial contracts for PV/ESS projects across Italy and the broader EMEA region. You will draft, review, and qualify GT&Cs and NDAs while identifying risks and obtaining approvals.

The role requires strong law background, 3–5 years in related industries, and fluency in Italian/English with a proactive, client-facing approach.

Competenze

• Law degree or related business qualification with practical contract law knowledge.
• 3–5 years in PV, energy storage, or construction-related contracts.
• Proven drafting ability and solid contract negotiation experience.
• Experience in a Contracts or Legal department is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.

Mansioni

• Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow's projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
• Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
• Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow's principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues.
• Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients.
• Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.
• Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow's Business Management System.
