Jd Ross Energy is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist / Legal Counsel for Milan, Italy, to negotiate and manage commercial contracts in renewable energy and storage projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region.

The role focuses on drafting, risk assessment, and leading negotiations with customers while ensuring governance and policy compliance. Fluency in Italian is required and collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Law or a related business discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience within renewable energy, energy storage, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract law and contract drafting.
• Experience within Contracts, Commercial, or Legal department.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal matters to non-legal audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Fluent Italian (C1 level).

The Opportunity: Joining a highly collaborative Legal & Contracts team, you will play a key role in supporting major renewable energy projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region. Acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, you will help manage contractual risk while enabling commercial success across a portfolio of cutting-edge solar and energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial contracts for renewable energy projects across Italy and EMEA
