Metlen Energy & Metals headquartered in Milan seeks a Contract Manager to join the Legal Technical Contracts team. The role focuses on managing and executing supply contracts and related documents for the Italian entity, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of contract administration experience in renewables or related sectors, strong document control abilities, and proactive negotiation skills.

Competenze

• A minimum of 3 years contract administration experience.
• Experience in renewables or construction industries.
• Excellent document management and archiving skills.
• Proactive approach to contract negotiations.

Mansioni

• Draft, negotiate, review and finalize contracts and amendments.
• Coordinate sign-off, execution, and archiving of contracts.
• Maintain contract records and signatures collection.
• Prepare internal requests for document execution.
• Support with corporate documents (POAs, board resolutions).
