Sungrow Europe is seeking a Legal and Contracts professional to negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for projects in Italy and across EMEA. You will support PV and ESS units with framework agreements and sales contracts, review substantive documents, identify contractual risks, and secure necessary approvals.

The role requires a law degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Law or relevant Business-related qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industry.
• Strong commercial focus with knowledge of contract law and proven drafting ability.
• Experience in a Contracts or Legal department.

Mansioni

• Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
• Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
• Review, draft, and qualify contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing approvals for major issues.
• Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with new and existing clients.
• Create contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.
• Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
• Ensure adherence to Sungrow’s policies, processes, and procedures within the Business Management System.
