Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Executive, Public Sector, to drive strategic growth across a defined portfolio in Central and Southern Italy, with a strong focus on Rome.

You will own executive relationships and lead complex engagements across NetApp's Intelligent Data Infrastructure portfolio. You'll collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services and Partners to deliver outcomes for government, healthcare, research and utilities clients, while navigating procurement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision makers and influence strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Italian Public Administration procurement processes.
• Established network across public sector entities in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across key Public Sector organizations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Digital Transformation leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, AI and data management initiatives.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure.
• Drive accurate forecasting, opportunity qualification and disciplined pipeline management.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to maximize customer success and win rates.
• Collaborate closely with System Engineers, Services teams, Partners and Global Account resources.
• Leverage NetApp's ecosystem alliances, including hyperscalers and strategic technology partners, to create differentiated customer value.
• Monitor market trends, procurement initiatives and funding programs relevant to the Public Sector landscape.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business objectives.
