Fortinet, Inc. in Rome, Italy is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Public Sector to drive cybersecurity sales and manage strategic public administration accounts. The role focuses on developing trusted relationships, guiding customers through cybersecurity transformation, and delivering value-added solutions.

You will build executive-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain a robust pipeline while meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic market.

Competenze

• Proven experience in technology sales, ideally selling cybersecurity or networking solutions to public sector clients.
• Strong knowledge of IT security technologies and solutions.
• Demonstrated quota achievement and stability in sales roles.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive adoption of Fortinet products across assigned public sector accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver customer proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and statements of work.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness in line with Italian and European regulations.
• Serve as the lead contact for information flow to executive management.
• Maintain a clear pipeline and accurate sales forecast.
• Collaborate with partner channel managers, technical sales engineers, and consulting professionals.
• Travel within the territory as required.
