Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead medium-sized EPC projects in Europe, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires strong electrical systems knowledge (T&D, Power Gen), on-site construction experience, fluency in English and Italian, and readiness to travel internationally (≈25%).

You will report to the project management office and work within Hitachi policies and safety guidelines.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with strong technical foundation.
• 8+ years in project management of medium-sized EPC projects.
• Experience with electrical systems (T&D, Power Generation) and familiarity with Italian utilities.
• Experience with FIDIC and Italian public contracts code.

Mansioni

• Manage project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor resources.
• Define project plan documents with scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy policies and standards.
• Monitor progress and optimize resource utilization.
• Report through project reviews to management.
• Capture lessons learned and ensure formal project closure.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and procure services/materials.
• Serve as customer contact and escalation point.
