Lutechresources in Italy seeks a Senior Principal Project Engineer (Eng) to solve complex problems and guide project engineering across multi‑office environments. You will lead scope, procedures, and technical execution for major projects, coordinating with PMT, clients, and design leads, while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, risk management, and effective communication to support project success and organizational goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• 15-20 years of Project Engineering experience with 5-10 years as a Project Engineering Manager on multiple projects.
• Registered Engineer in Training (ElT) or member of a professional engineering society as applicable.
• Flexibility for reassignment across departments, sites, and workloads.

Mansioni

• Manage the engineering scope of a McDermott project.
• Establish and implement procedures to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.
• Oversee technical execution and project budgeting and scheduling.
• Provide direction to Engineering and Design Leads on assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan and related documents.
• Coordinate with clients, PMT, and other stakeholders on technical matters.
• Lead handover, closeout, and lessons learned for projects.
