3HORIZONS is seeking a senior consultant in Turin to lead end-to-end project executions, mentor a small team, and translate analyses into client recommendations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, client interaction, and scalable problem-solving in a hybrid Turin setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years at a top-tier firm or equivalent, a Master’s in Engineering (MBA preferred), and fluency in Italian and English with willingness to travel internationally.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent applying analytical/engineering methods
• Master's degree in Engineering with outstanding academic record; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements
• Demonstrated ability to influence partners and executives
• Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical rigor into business recommendations

Mansioni

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of up to 3 on a project
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for relationship building
• Foster a high-performance culture by overseeing day-to-day execution and guiding junior colleagues
• Lead workshops and present practical recommendations at team and client meetings
• Work as a project manager in complex, dynamic contexts and provide operational support
• Contribute ideas to develop Strategy in Action technologies and consulting approaches
