Mcdermott International is seeking a Senior Principal Project Engineer in Italy to lead complex engineering projects across the lifecycle. You will guide execution, manage resources, and ensure design quality within policy and standards.

You will influence contract alignment, supervise project engineers, and collaborate with PMT, clients, and cross-functional teams across international MOPEX projects.

Competenze

• 15-20 years in Project Engineering.
• 5-10 years as Project Engineering Manager on multiple projects.
• Experience in MOPEX execution, JV/Consortium projects.
• Experience in Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
• Hands-on field assignment experience.
• Ability to read and understand contractual documentation.

As Senior Principal Project Engineer you guide high-impact, complex projects across the engineering lifecycle. You influence project direction, resource allocation, and design quality within policy and standards. You bring broad technical knowledge, innovative thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to solve challenging engineering problems. You’ll shape execution in multi-office environments and ensure safe, compliant delivery of subsea and onshore energy infrastructure.
