ams OSRAM is seeking a senior specialist to act as the company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments and drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures.

The role requires MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of analog IC design experience and deep knowledge of broadband optical IC design, including HF amplifiers and TIAs.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLL, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.

Who we are looking for

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
