ams OSRAM seeks a senior design leader to own methodologies for broadband optical communications. You will drive high-performance analog/mixed-signal blocks and sign-off critical designs, shaping transmitter/receiver front-ends.

The role requires MSc/PhD in EE and 15+ years in analog IC design, with fluency in PLLs, CDRs, ADCs/DACs, and advanced CMOS processes (FinFET/FD-SOI). Mentorship and technical reviews are key aspects of this position.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is a plus.
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitics-aware design.
• Advanced CMOS nodes including FinFET and/or FD-SOI required.
