ams OSRAM seeks a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments and drive high-performance mixed-signal circuit designs.

You will also push transmitter/receiver innovations, establish design methodologies, lead technical reviews and mentor senior engineers and leaders across the team.

Competenze

• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical comm IC design knowledge incl. HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers & receiver/front-end.
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs knowledge.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• CMOS nodes incl. FinFET and/or FD-SOI.

• Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments
• Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits
• Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures
• Establish analog design methodologies
• Lead technical reviews and sign-off decisions
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders

Who we are looking for

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
