ams OSRAM in Lombardia—near Linate—is seeking a senior analog IC design leader to define methodologies and drive critical developments for broadband optical communication ICs. You will lead high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits and advance transmitter/receiver architectures.

The role requires 15+ years of analog IC design with PMOS FinFET/FD-SOI experience, PLLs/CDRs/ADCs/DACs proficiency, and strong signal integrity knowledge. Mentorship and technical leadership are essential.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required.
