ams OSRAM is seeking a senior analog IC design leader in Italy to drive high-performance broadband optical ICs. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments, and mentor senior engineers across transmitter/receiver front-end architectures.

Ideal candidates hold a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in analog IC design, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs, and have strong signal integrity and advanced CMOS experience

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, FinFET/FD-SOI is required.
