ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior Principal HF Analog Design Engineer in Cerano, IT to lead the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, drive transmitter and receiver architectures, and mentor senior engineers while leading technical reviews and sign-off decisions.

Applicants should have 15+ years of analog IC design experience with broadband optical knowledge; HF layout, PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs are
