ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs in Italy. You will lead layout architecture, floorplanning and mentor layout engineers, driving parasitic-aware implementations and sign-off support.

The ideal candidate has a MSc in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years RF/analog layout experience, including FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes, with strong EM-aware methodologies and expertise in matching, shielding and

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs, including high-speed receiver/transmitter interfaces.
• Matching, shielding and isolation.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
