ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior Principal HF Analog Design Engineer in Vigevano, Italy. You will lead high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, defining methodologies and driving critical innovations across transmitter and receiver architectures.

You will mentor senior engineers, lead technical reviews, and sign‑off decisions while contributing to CMOS technology improvements. This role requires an advanced degree and extensive experience.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge.
