ams OSRAM in Broni, Lombardy, Italy seeks a Senior Principal HF Analog Design Engineer to lead high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for broadband optical communication ICs, define methodologies, and drive critical developments.

You will mentor senior engineers, review designs, and shape transmitter/receiver architectures, focusing on HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, PLLs, CDRs, and advanced CMOS nodes.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• CMOS node experience including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.

Mansioni

• Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures.

Who we are looking for

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
