ams OSRAM is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design to lead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal blocks for broadband optical communication ICs in Lombardia.

You will drive methodologies, mentor engineers, review designs, and push transmitter/receiver architectures, with emphasis on CMOS FinFET/FD-SOI nodes. This is a leadership role within a cutting-edge optical IC team.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required.
