ams OSRAM Group is seeking a senior HF analog IC design leader to define methodologies and drive critical developments for broadband optical communication ICs.

You will mentor senior engineers, lead transmitter and receiver front‑end architecture, and oversee sign‑offs and technical reviews. Ideal candidates have MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of analog IC design, and deep CMOS node experience.

• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge (HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, front‑end)
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter, parasitics analysis
• CMOS node experience FinFET/FD‑SOI is required

Who we are looking for

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front‑end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic‑aware design analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD‑SOI, is required
