ams OSRAM is seeking a veteran in high-frequency analog circuit design to define methodologies and lead critical analog developments for broadband optical communication ICs. The role requires leading high-performance analog and mixed-signal designs and driving transmitter/receiver innovations.

You will mentor senior engineers, establish design methodologies, and lead reviews with sign-off responsibility in a cutting-edge CMOS/FD-SOI environment in Mulazzano.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/front-end requirements.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.

• Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments
• Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits

• Lead technical reviews and sign-off decisions

Who we are looking for

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
