ams OSRAM is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design to lead methodologies for broadband optical communication ICs. You will guide high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits, mentor leaders, and drive transmitter/receiver innovations from concept to sign-off.

The candidate should have 15+ years in analog IC design, with deep knowledge of HF amplifiers, TIAs, PLLs/CDRs/ADCs/DACs and advanced CMOS nodes such as FinFET or FD-SOI.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
