ams OSRAM is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design to drive methodologies and lead critical developments for broadband optical communication ICs in Lombardy, Italy.

You will lead the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, advance transmitter/receiver architectures, and mentor senior engineers while establishing robust analog design processes and conducting technical reviews.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements.
• HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLL/HF/ CD Rs/ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
