Job summary

Culligan seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will manage structure, targeting, bidding and track performance with GA4, GTM and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.

You will analyze funnel performance, produce Power BI reports, and partner with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness in a global context.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, PPC and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Power BI, Zapier, GTM and GA4.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and translate into insights.
• Experience with CPL, MQL and conversion rate KPIs.
• Good understanding of the digital funnel and lead generation dynamics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Global).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Support campaign structure, targeting and bidding strategies.
• Monitor performance against CPL, MQLs and conversion rate.
• Contribute to full-funnel activities (awareness to conversion).
• Collaborate with Brand Managers on creatives and campaign objectives.
• Support landing page and campaign flow optimization.
• Set up and manage tracking via GTM and GA4, and pixels; align with Salesforce CRM.
• Manage data flows and automations (Zapier) and GDPR compliance.
• Provide daily performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports; participate in performance reviews.
