Huzzle.com is seeking a commercially-minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for our clients. You will be directly responsible for the success of client open days, ensuring events are fully booked and the funnel from click to conversion is optimized.

This role requires owning campaigns, testing creative concepts with content creators, analyzing competition, and continually improving CPL and Lead-to-Booking rates.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ownership and clear communication in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proven ability to develop creative strategies and lead content creation.
• Experience in agency settings and small, collaborative teams.
• Deep knowledge of paid media platforms and target-driven results.
• Ability to work UK business hours.
• Broad digital marketing understanding to support a small team.
• Experience with GoHighLevel and Basecamp.
• Experience implementing AI tools and building automations.

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns to fill client open days.
• Optimize CPL within target ranges.
• Improve Lead-to-Booking rate through funnel analysis.
• Conduct competitive research to stay local market leader.
• Develop and test new creative concepts with content creators.

• Provide detailed monthly reporting of optimizations.
