Cubbit is seeking a Performance Marketer on a freelance basis to optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and beyond. You will own end-to-end campaigns, focusing on lead quality and cost efficiency, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to feed the top of the funnel for the Sales team.

Based in Italy, you can work remotely with access to Cubbit's Bologna HQ for meetings; prior B2B SaaS, cloud infra, or data storage experience is a plus.

We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join Cubbit on a freelance basis and help us turn ad spend into qualified pipeline.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team, taking ownership of our paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and beyond—finding what converts, and scaling it. Your work will directly power the top of the funnel for our Sales team, so a sharp eye for lead quality (not just volume) matters as much as performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn (lead gen) and Google (SEM), exploring other channels where relevant.
• Own performance end-to-end: targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and bidding strategy.
• Read the data, find what's converting, kill what isn't, and scale what works.
• Continuously test new audiences, formats, and messaging to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to make sure the leads you generate are the leads Sales actually needs to close.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns, especially on Google and LinkedIn.
• Data-driven approach: comfortable reading performance data and making fast, informed decisions.
• Speed and autonomy—you don't need much hand-holding to move from insight to action.
• Based in Italy.

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing B2B SaaS products, particularly in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data storage, or enterprise software.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.

Work from anywhere in Italy. You'll also have access to our network of partner co-working spaces, while our headquarters in Bologna are always available for collaboration, team meetings, and company events.
