Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior People Partner in Italy to lead leadership capability, performance standards, and people practices across key functions. You will partner with senior leaders to guide the employee lifecycle, drive organizational design, and foster a culture of trust and accountability.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, managing complex employee relations, and delivering scalable people enablement programs.

Qualifications

• At least five years in People Partnering or senior HR role with influence on performance and talent decisions.
• Professional HR qualification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD or equivalent.
• Experience coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary People Partner for departments, advising on performance and engagement.
• Lead performance management processes with clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases with documentation and legal awareness.
• Develop manager resources, playbooks, and training to strengthen leadership.
• Support lifecycle activities from hiring to exits and organizational change initiatives.
• Translate engagement insights into practical actions to improve culture.
