Job summary

PTV Group in Italy is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to translate business strategy into people priorities and enable leaders to build high-performing teams in a dynamic international environment.

You will partner with leaders to develop people strategies, coach managers, drive organizational design, workforce planning and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with Italian labor law.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People/HRBP in an international matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven leadership coaching, organizational development and change management.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and challenge managers on leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development and performance management.
• Drive organizational design, change management and transformation initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning with business leaders.
• Support employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Advise on employee relations and Italian labor law while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Use HR analytics and business insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions.
• Act as a trusted partner during growth, change and organizational transformation.
