Job summary

Moveax S.r.l. in Italy seeks a senior People leader to own and evolve the People function across the full employee lifecycle—from attraction to offboarding.

You will design scalable processes, lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and development, and drive a data-driven approach to people decisions. You will partner with the CEO and managers to shape culture, implement policies for Hybrid Work and benefits, and ensure operations compliance and payroll coordination in a high-growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People/HR roles within professional services, technology, or high-growth digital consulting environments.
• Experience scaling a People function from around 20 to 100+ employees.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the People function from onboarding to offboarding, building scalable processes.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and development programs with KPI tracking.
• Design and implement Performance/MBO, Job Architecture, and career paths.
• Drive Learning & Development aligned with business priorities and digital transformation.
• Oversee Employee Experience, branding, and culture initiatives; ensure compliance and payroll coordination.
• Design and implement policy frameworks for Hybrid Work, Benefits, and referrals.
