Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking a Junior People Partner in Milan to support onboarding, performance management and employee experience. You will partner with managers on onboarding, probation follow-ups, development conversations and day-to-day people management.

You will act as the first point of contact for employees on people-related topics, analyze HR data, and help drive engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR management, labor law, business administration or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive, solution-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, time-management and organisational skills.
• Experience in analysing HR data and turning insights into actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support people partners and business leaders in performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews.
• Act as first point of contact for employees on people-related topics.
• Partner with managers on onboarding, probation follow-ups, development conversations and day-to-day people management.
• Identify and address employee-relations issues, escalating when necessary.
• Drive engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Support organizational changes, transfers, promotions and restructuring.
• Ensure proper implementation of people policies and compliance with local regulations.
• Analyze HR data (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends.
• Contribute to development plans, learning initiatives and internal communication.
